Your information, in plain words
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Last changed: 12 October 2026.
What we keep
What you type when you join: name, mobile number, state/district/block/village, age, what you want to be (karyakarta/volunteer), and who invited you. Your photo if you add one. We do not ask caste or religion.
Why
So the party can count you in the membership list, make your ID card, let your area in-charge reach you, and tell you about meetings and events. That is all.
Who sees it
Party administrators and the appointed office-bearers of your area (booth president and above). We do not sell your data or give it to advertising companies. For OTP and payments we use Indian service providers (SMS, payment gateway), who get only what that job needs.
If you joined by missed call
Your number stays only in a "callback list" until our office-bearer speaks to you, takes your consent, and fills the form. If you decline, the number is marked "not interested" and is not used further.
Remove or change
Change name, photo and area from your desk (/me → Profile). To leave or have your data removed, WhatsApp the number below — done within 7 days. We may have to keep a record if a court or the Election Commission lawfully asks.
