Rules
Terms and conditions
The rules for using this website and for becoming a member of Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha (R.A.M) are set out here in plain words. Using the website or filling a form means you have read and accept them.
Last changed: 15 October 2026
1. This website and these terms
partyofram.org is the website of Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha (R.A.M). “We”, “the party” or “the Morcha” means Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha; “you” means anyone who uses the website.
These terms apply to the website, its member desk and its forms. If you do not agree, please do not fill in any form on the website. Our Privacy policy, Contribution policy and Disclaimer form part of these terms.
2. Who may use it
Anyone is welcome to read the website.
To become a member you must be 18 or older.
You must give your own correct information in forms. Joining in someone else’s name or with someone else’s mobile is not allowed.
3. Membership
Membership is free. You do not have to pay to become a member, and no money is asked for membership or for a post.
An application is accepted automatically in some cases and, in others, after the party’s office-bearers check your details; the party may also decline an application. A member number and ID card are valid only after acceptance.
Being a member does not give any right to a post, a ticket, candidature in an election, or any benefit.
If a member breaks these rules, the party may pause or end the membership and switch off the login.
4. Your account and OTP
You log in with an OTP sent to your mobile or email. Do not tell your OTP to anyone; what happens through your account remains your responsibility.
An OTP is valid for 10 minutes and can be tried only a limited number of times.
If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at once.
5. Rules of conduct
On the website, in forms, and whenever you act in the party’s name:
Respect the laws and the Constitution of India. Follow the Election Commission’s Model Code of Conduct. In the 48-hour “silence period” before voting ends, do not send or post campaign material in the party’s name.
Do not spread hatred, violence or insult on the basis of anyone’s caste, religion, gender, language or region.
Do not post false or misleading information, anyone’s private information or photos, or obscene or threatening material.
Do not present yourself as someone else, or as a party office-bearer when you are not.
No hacking the website, automated scraping, creating fake members, or misusing OTPs or points.
Do not ask anyone for money, a post or a ticket in the party’s name. If anyone asks for money in the party’s name, tell us.
Do not use the party’s name, logo or ID card for any commercial or misleading purpose without permission.
6. What you send us
Your “From the ground” reports, photos, proof links and messages remain yours. By sending them you:
confirm that what you sent is yours, or that you have the right to send it, and that it does not carry anyone else’s private information or picture without their permission;
allow the party to show it on this website and in the party’s publicity material free of charge;
accept that whether it is published after checking is the party’s decision, and that it may be edited for clarity before it is published.
You may write to us at any time and ask that something you sent be taken down from the site; we will remove it from the site.
7. Party name, logo and ID card
The name, logo and website material of Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha belong to the party. Members may use them for the party’s work; ask for permission before any other use.
The member ID card is proof of party membership only. It is not a government ID card, is not issued by the Election Commission or any government, and does not give a claim to any government benefit or post.
8. Contributions
Contributions are voluntary. A contribution has no connection with any service, post, ticket or benefit. Who may contribute, how, what is recorded, and what to do if a mistake happens — all of it is in the Contribution policy.
9. Party messages
As a member you agree to receive party information (meetings, events, campaigns, tasks) from office-bearers by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone. We do not send spam. To stop messages, write to us — see the Privacy policy.
10. Outside links
This website links to other websites (such as YouTube and the payment service). Their content and policies are not in our control.
11. Limits
We try hard to keep the website running and the information correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. See the Disclaimer.
To the extent the law allows, the party, its office-bearers and volunteers are not responsible for any indirect loss from using the website. This does not remove any responsibility that the law does not allow to be removed.
12. Governing law
The laws of India apply to these terms. The competent courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before a dispute, you may write to us through the Contact page or at support@partyofram.org — we will hear your complaint.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms; major changes will be shown on the site.
